At Feelforever21, your satisfaction is our priority. If something goes wrong with your order, we aim to make the return and refund process simple and hassle-free.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.

After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as the order may already be in processing or dispatched. In such cases, additional charges may apply for any attempt to intercept, halt, or return the shipment.

If the order has shipped, it will fall under our standard Return & Refund Policy.


Conditions of Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged & Defective or Non Defective Products: Products that are damaged, defective, or non-functional (e.g., malfunctioning or impaired) are eligible for refund/replacement.

  • Incorrect or Mismatched Items: If we’ve sent you the wrong item, size, or color, we will rectify the mistake.

  • Return Timeframe: Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

  • Return Authorization (RA): All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To request an RA number, please contact us at support@feelforever21.com.

    • Returns without an RA number will not be processed.

  • Condition of Items: Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and promotional materials included.

Return Process

  1. Request RA Number: Contact our support team at support@feelforever21.com with your order number and reason for return to request an RA number.

  2. Package Securely: Return the item in its original packaging. Include any manuals, tags, and promotional materials.

  3. Ship Back: Ship the item to the address provided in the RA instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service to avoid any issues during the return process.

Refund Criteria

  • Items must be undamaged and complete.

  • A 25% restocking fee applies for non-defective returns (e.g., returns for reasons unrelated to defects or incorrect items).

  • Items that show signs of misuse, tampering, or have missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Options & Timeline

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Refund processing may take up to 15 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Partial refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion if a full refund is not feasible.

Replacements & Partial Credits

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Items that are defective or damaged will be refunded/replaced once returned and verified. If a full refund/replacement isn’t available, a partial credit may apply.

  • Partial Credits: Partial credits may be issued if a full replacement isn't possible or if the item can’t be returned in full.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., products with a short shelf-life).

  • Personal care & hygiene items that have been opened or used (e.g., skincare, health products).

  • Gift cards.

  • Custom or made-to-order products.

  • Items in unsaleable condition (e.g., used, damaged, incomplete, or without packaging).
