On the neck it looks like a rough, irritated band. Below the belt it works exactly the same way, and most men have nothing for it. 10% AHA and BHA do the chemical half. Salicylic acid goes down into the pore where the buildup sits; AHA loosens the dead skin over the top. Finely milled walnut shell does the physical half, buffing away what a face wash leaves behind so the acids reach clean skin. Use it anywhere you shave or trim face, jawline, neck, chest, and the more sensitive areas two or three times a week.
